Small architecture studio decided to enter the market of ready-made house designs. This very competitive and fragmented market required a solid preparation and unique solutions to reach their goal. Visual71 was asked for bussiness consulting and brand creation to make Współczesne Domy a succesful venture.
We carried out the market survey and after that suggested a marketing model of selling a limited quantity of quality projects. For a higher price (but still lower than custom made design) the customer could get a dedicated home design from Współczesne Domy (Contemporary Houses). Making it a limited quantity allowed for a better service and sense of uniqueness.
We wanted to communicate a functional, clean design - things that are hard to find in mass home project market. Positioning WD brand as unique and reasonably priced quality service let us reach desired audience - people who think about building their dream house for life.
